It has the most really helpful staff we have ever experienced previously. Make sure you stay in the quadruple room with a private bathroom and a cupboard plus 3 single beds.

The room I booked was budget with a double bed.

I would come here again thanks to very central location. I have stayed in the triple room as with twin beds. There's the train station walk from the place.

Stayed in guest room with bathroom which was perfect for me. Central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk where a nice touch.

The hotel is newly remodelled, everything is brand-new. The kind staff helps you in any way. It has marvellous location to see Damrak. And it's near to Amsterdam, Centraal station, and the damrak. Every time we stay in Amsterdam, like to stay here.

Miserable staff!

Recently refurbished hotel, great place for exploring Amsterdam. What a courteous staff. Brilliant location, air-conditioned twin room with a double bed and bathroom. The venue of choice in Amsterdam.
