The location of the hotel was magnificent, quite near the train station. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room - stylish and soundproof. Its service was perfect. We received ironing for free, a nice bonus.

The hotel was set in a central area so close to all the main districts, the citycenter attractions and the main attractions and all bars. Besides, it was 4 km away from Saint Anne's Well. The breakfast offered was well prepared and warm for vegetarians.

The restaurant was great with 24 hour service, we ordered warm dishes.

It is perfectly located in Zuideramstel district adjacent to centre of Amsterdam on the five tram. Rooms are new-fashioned and functional with great sound proofing, food is FAB.

The breakfast is well prepared, the room is modern with their ipad.

The staff was extremely friendly and we would stay here again. Place was clean, everything was excellent. Central location of this traditional hotel was a bonus. It was across the really quiet area.

It was reasonably clean with especially helpful and patient staff in reception desk. We had an excellent bedroom.

We enjoyed this facility and will choose the place for future trips. The breakfast in the morning was well prepared and complete with marmalades and great coffee and beans.

I ate at a great restaurant with 24 hour service. Pleasant and awesome location, it was walk from a train station. Also, Thomastheater was in walking distance.

We stayed for 8 nights and greatly enjoyed the room, which was contemporary with a cozy bed. It had an excellent and stunning location adjacent to the train station and subway, centre and the metro to Rokin and Dam Square.

The area was expensive.

Warm breakfast with soup and delicious breads, for instance, extremely friendly staff. Good location near metro line, center of the city, and the living areas, fast check-in. Besides, easy access to Kennisoverdracht.

The conditioner was a bit noisy.

The room was very fancy, the decor was great. The breakfast was tasty with delicious breads, soup plus beans, had everything you could want. Central location so close to the museum quartier and the center, it was in a nice area. Moreover, a historic fortress was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the place.

Liked our modern room equipped with a decent quality iron and comfortable bed plus free wi-fi. Everything was perfect, and the breakfast was hot and savoury at 7h30.

Nothing to complain about, we will come back when in Amsterdam. It's in the extremely comfortable area, perfectly located. The restaurant in the hotel is good with 24 hour service.

The hotel offers an exceptionally good breakfast with beans or vegetables and vegan milk, as example.

There were a lounge, stable WiFi, and a storage in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The bed was very comfy, we received impeccable services. It was an absolutely perfect and excellent location just next door to Amsterdam city center, very easy to get around and bus stops.

Actually the room was functional and nice styled with a drawer under the, free movies, the ipad. The cost was £ 84. The hotel was perfectly located and had good prices.

Some people working there were very unhelpful.

The rooms with a cozy bed and shower. Very unique decor throughout and absolutely excellent and excellent staff in reception desk. Excellent and wonderful location in Amsterdam close enough to centre of Amsterdam on the five tram, tram, tube and South Amsterdam rail station and Amsterdam RAI exhibition center and the RAI central station.

I was here for 4 nights and ate at lounge restaurant with 24 hour service. The hotel had marvellous and fab location short walk to tram, train metro, railway and metro and Amsterdam RAI exhibition center.

The place was nice and pleasant, with its absolutely amazing stuff in reception desk. The location was fancy and pleasant for traveling around Amsterdam, very close to the “ centre ” of Amsterdam and the airport or the metro.

Had well soundproofed and contemporary room, it included a storage, a safe, and an ipad. It had nice views of street. Stayed for 2 days and did not want to leave, I would stay here again.

Well, the area was expensive overall.

Functional, clean place with really excellent and excellent co-operating staff in reception desk. Unbeatable and magnificent location in a very quite area, next to the main tourist areas, Public Transport reachable as well and the train station direct to the airport. Besides, very convenient to Virtual Museum Zuidas.

The staff were approaching, the breakfast was tasty and everything was very convenient. Perfectly appointed and trendy room, it included stable WiFi, a telly, and an iron and ironing board. The location was marvellous - just off the posh Beethovenstr shopping area, Amsterdam centre, and Easy to reach city center by tram.

Amazing central location, just next door to a taxi, the metro/tram stops and Schiphol airport. Plus, walking distance to Thomastheater. Fast check-in, generally excellent service.

The stay was memorable. I greatly enjoyed that it was clean and wonderful, the staff were outstanding and rooms were enjoyable. The restaurant was great with 24 hour service here, I had hot dishes. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was brilliant.

Everything is very convenient here, had a warm stay on business trip. The breakfast is particularly good with great coffee and peanut butter and a double cappuccino, there’s an option for each taste. The hotel is perfectly located near the metro. Also, it is 15 minutes drive from a Dutch national museum.

The location of the hotel was great - a 10-15 minute walk from Your life is calling. Fairgrounds and a supermarket were right next door. Fancy and new-fashioned room, it had an ipad, a lounge, and an iron with ironing board.

Greatly enjoyed modern and functional king room with the ipad access to things, felt like we were home. The location was perfect and excellent, in a quiet area of Amsterdam and the interior design was very modern. And it was also close to which takes 25mins, the town centre and tram line and train stop.

Loved our rooms with large wardrobes. The hotel was perfectly located near the tram station and the rail station, World Trade Center in Amsterdam and the centre via train, metro or tram.

My room was very fancy with TV, the ipad, for instance as described. The breakfast was exceptionally good at 7h30. The check-in was hassle-free and the atmosphere was quiet overall. They offered ironing at no cost too. The location was great and fab, for example, Spelende hond was within easy walking distance of the hotel. The area was nice enough right by tram stations, the metro / train station, and the airport or the metro. Actually everything was very convenient, my next choice again in Amsterdam.

The location of the property was magnificent and stunning, in the heart of Amsterdam. There was a lounge restaurant nearby. The bed was lovely, I enjoyed it.

Appreciated my memorable stay at my first CitizenM visit. The location was awesome, close to the metro, central station and all Amsterdam centrum landmarks, there are 2 famous supermarket, and the number 2 tram to leidseplin.

My room was neat and silent, there where air conditioning and stable WiFi. The location was unbeatable, you can visit Thomastheater by walking.

Late check out. Perfectly positioned as close to the airport as you can imagine. Near restaurants and places and Amsterdam and tram stop.

The room was spotless and practical with a luxurious interior. The atmosphere created was quiet. The venue was set in the central position really close to Amsterdam's as well as resturant.

Unbelievable place, it has cordial staff in reception desk. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The rooms are enjoyable and fancy and complete with shower, the same bedroom, for example🙂😀

Thanks everyone for a really amazing stay for this celebration. I loved that the room was neat with all the essentials plus an ipad to control alot of features on the tv. It was in a central setting to share everything.

There were spotless & soundproof rooms with movies, shower plus clean beds. Superfriendly and accommodating staff at all times, without being intrusive.

It was a great hotel, situated really conveniently for getting to Schiphol airport. The location of venue was incredible.

Quiet location, easy to get anywhere. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose citizenm amsterdam city. Poke perfect zuidas, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel. Suitable place for a trip in Amsterdam:)))
