Booked a room with relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast included coffee and croissants. Near a tram station, the location was magnificent and marvellous, in a beautiful neighbourhood.

The staff were untrained, didn't expect that coming.

The double room was new-fashioned with bunk beds for a fun change, the bed was very comfy. The service was accommodating, the food was outstanding!

Shame the bathroom was too small.

Wonderful small hotel, with accommodating personnel. Central location, relatively near Edinburgh Castle. Quite close to the airport, 0.5 km, perfect for an early flight.

The staff was very amiable, always there to help. Overall the service was WELCOMING. Moreover, I parked nearby. The hotel was in a magnificent location, close to everything.

The location was great and nice in a residential area, near the city center, many sights and restaurants and the Museums plaza. Oud Zuid district was worth visiting.
