The super-friendly stuff all round.

Not so helpful staff!

The hotel was located in the heart of the city. The staff was amazing and we would book again.

We had small double room with a shared bathroom. The hotel was placed in the central location in a good neighborhood. Plus, it was next to the attractions, shops and restaurants as well as the major museums.

Clean and absolutely perfect units with the bathroom, the garden, for example.

Overall rooms were quiet and functional and had an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers, and TV.

Everything was great from the nice service to the fabulous food. Stayed in absolutely perfect guest room with the garden, shower & sink and the bathroom.

A little property, fairly clean, super location in the red light district. Good breakfast with freshly cooked eggs - well worth the money.

The location was particularly good: supermarkets and convenience stores were within walking distance. The staff were gentle and accommodating.

Early check-in, parking onsite. The twin room with a balcony and the garden plus tea. Marvellous and awesome location, lovely area, right by the attractions as well as tram and walking.

The breakfast offered a huge variety of food and was exceptionally nice. The staff were amiable and amicable, gave us great tips. The location of this good little hotel was marvellous, near everything.

Location: the hotel was near a tram to the station, and cafes bars & restaurants. It was warm, perfect and with big windows.

The total stay was great for a quick visit. Fab food, thoroughly enjoyed it.

The breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order, you will not be disappointed. The location was marvellous and stunning, not too far from Van Gogh Museum.

Fairly clean place and exceptional staff, loved marvellous and stunning location. Got small double room with a water heater, big windows, as example as expected. The breakfast offered a lot of great meals. The daily service was nice. I had nice days staying at this nice basic hotel.

All in all everything was great, had a quite comfortable stay on vacation. We had an exceptionally nice and satisfactory breakfast with freshly cooked eggs.

The location of the hotel was central, right by restaurants and cafés, sights and activities like the museum park, a bar street, shopping and the central area with plenty to do and see all in comfortable walking distance.

There was elevator missing.

We where in a marvellous location at a walking distance from Van Gogh Museum. There was a great restaurant, supermarkets and convenience stores next door.

Location adjacent to museums and Anne Frank house, and sights and activities. A wide array of fab food.

Central heating, an electronic key card, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels available in the small double room. The central location near a tram station.

Exceptionally nice breakfast with freshly cooked eggs for every taste. Location short walk to public transport and attraction, museums, restaurants, and transportation, and Dam square, Red light district. Also, to cafes bars & restaurants & trams & bus to-&-from airport.

The location was amazing, around 10-15 minutes walk from a private park. There where supermarkets and convenience stores around the hotel.

Overall it was exceptionally nice with a balcony. They offered us fab meals, had a good choice of options to choose from.

Sadly, there was no elevator.

The location was central, really close to a tram stop and theatre district. The staff was accommodating and courteous, we had an early check-in.

Functional, warm units provided with the fan, a balcony overlooking the garden in the back, as example.

Small double room I stayed at was precious with a balcony. The breakfast was satisfactory with eggs cooked to order, and the team was AMAZINGLY NICE and kept the space clean.

I loved the place, it was clean & the staff were exceptional. The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of Van Gogh Museum.

Totally lovely stay on vacation. The venue is clean, with marvellous and amazing location close to many attractions and also the museum district, the trams 1,2 and 5 that go right to the Central Station and decent restaurants, bars and caffes. What an extremely friendly and gentle staff! A huge variety of great food at breakfast time.

Sincerely, it was a wonderful stay on vacation. We loved small queen room with a bathroom. They had an early check-in. The location was stunning - ease of access to a topped spire.

I enjoyed handy and impeccable location and how the place is fairly clean.

Its location within walking distance of Royal Palace was peaceful and handy. Everyone was pleasant.

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

It was best base for travelling to Amsterdam, I was glad to stay there. The location was brilliant, for example, Air was not too far away from the hotel. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Amsterdam.

It's nice place for sightseeing and exploring Amsterdam. Perfect hotel room, towels are very good, they suit every need. The most courteous and exceptional staff I have ever experienced before. An incredible and handy location, I would book again.

We stayed in a triple room with TV set with satellite channels and a DVD player. The host upon arrival was gracious. Visited their restaurant Midtown Grill couple of times. Memorable experience and attractive and competitive value for money...

Considering other options in Amsterdam this one is great value. Very clean hotel, HELPFUL staff, compact rooms. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.

Street was noisy. The bed was too hard here.
