The staff were great and informative, a real pleasure to deal with. The room was rather spacious and heated, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower and a bath in the bathroom. I truly enjoyed plentiful and delicious breakfast and decent food selection.

It has ideal and relaxing rooms to offer with big window and efficient aircon.

The location near a tram station is awesome. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The breakfast is good, available with cooked to perfection and pan cakes, as for instance.

It was an extremely convenient and reasonably priced place to stay with an attached restaurant, greatly enjoyed everything.

Very good service, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. You can park the car on site. The onsite bar is welcoming, the barmen offers welcome drinks.

Loved my really really nice stay for a business trip. The room was well-designed and large with a menu for the pillows, balcony plus bathroom and the breakfast was plentiful. The staff was amiable, amazingly kind, and responded promptly to requests. Italian cuisine was served in the attached restaurant.

The hotel was great and absolutely charming with informative people who made me a fried egg on request. I had heated, huge room, thoroughly enjoyed the location, it was awesome really close to everything by walk.

Stayed here for 3 days, liked the hotel, it was spotless with convenient location to all major areas of interest via tram. There was Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very good.

I was offered a room with great views of the park. There was a bath, a plus for me. The service here was excellent. By the way, they charged me gbp 28 per day for parking.

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Amsterdam. Extremely convenient and reasonably priced hotel with especially helpful employees from the manager to the chambermaid High standard and beautifully maintained rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The location of the property was magnificent and awesome, on the 9 tram route. Luckily it was close to Caffe Milo, had pastries there when it was cold outside.

The hotel was unique and glamorous, loved street view from our superior king room. Very good service, quiet atmosphere, and the staff was dedicated! The restaurant here was lovely for dinner or breakfast, we both ordered tasty dishes. Tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge were very handy.

Its location within walking distance of a tall silver sculpture was magnificent. This hotel was located in a nice quiet area...

Generally, the place was brilliant and had welcoming and approaching staff especially the Manager. Besides, the location was stunning for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Chinatown. It was set in a great area. Wake up calls and ironing where free of charge too.

By and large, it was nice base for sightseeing in Amsterdam, had much fun. Nice to have a sunny balcony. Breakfast fee was EUR 18 per person per day. Besides, we parked our car on-site.

Only a short distance to oostpoort and other tourist spots. The service was here great. Amsterdam City Center district certainly deserves to be visited...
