1637: Historic Canal View Suites

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Amsterdam, had much fun. The setting was perfect, near nice bars/restaurants and Herengracht canal nearby Reambrand Plein and Spui. It also was to the Albert Cuyp market. Loved our place and would stay there again.

Planned to see Amsterdam major attractions and it was comfortable base for visiting all of them. The location was great, an easy walk to old town.

The staff were all amicable, and the room was fashionable with good facilities.

The hotel was intimate, we recommend. The location to most attractions in a short time was stunning. Plus, it was close to all the best spots and areas in Amsterdam, the central Herengracht canal and shops. We got room with contemporary decor and a reasonably clean bathroom to relax.

Honestly no reason to complain. Charming place, new-fashioned room. Stunning, incredible location just next door to museums, attractions, shops, grocery, cafe/bars/restaurants and the central train station, and central Amsterdam. Besides, easy to get to the Amsterdam Dungeon. Highly professional and affable staff, very good stay.

The location an easy walk to city centre was great and stunning. Rokin tube station was 5 min away. The staff was very-very nice, as well as host. We had an absolutely stunning and impressive room with contemporary decor.

It was the best base for our very good stay. The rooms were reasonably spacious and included a dining area, pay TV and a sitting area etc. The bed was exceptionally comfortable ; and there was a walk-in shower. Loved this wonderful boutique hotel, recommend.

it had marvellous and gorgeous location, next to shops, most attractions in a short time and the central train station. the food was good and the bar was great.

It was characterful base for travelling to Amsterdam, I was glad to stay there. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows were comfortable. The location was best possible and prime, not too far from Air.

The hotel created a quiet environment. The fact that it was steps away from Rokin metro station.
