Unbeatable and comfortable location, it was so close to a bus station. Also, we were 4 km from our favourite spot Body Worlds Science Museum. The hotel was quaint and the tapas restaurant was light.

All in all everything was fantastic, had a really enjoyable stay on a vacation. The stuff was extremely helpful and very amiable and catered to our every need. It was themed, extremely pleasant and with windows looking out directly to the sidewalk.

The rooms were unique and new-fashioned with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows and exceptional views. The service was terrific, the staff were happy to help.

The stay at this stunningly beautiful and great hotel was a comfortable one. I was there for 4 nights and ate at tapas restaurant with good food. The check-in was fast and the staff was good. Took the advantage of the parking onsite.

The venue is cool and magnificent with informative staff. Reasonably good breakfast with bacon and many vegan options, for example, awesome location. Comfortable stay, as always.

The staff are brilliantly helpful and the breakfast is above average. The venue is placed in a residential position next to a beautiful canal which makes running such a pleasure. It's also near to attractions and public transport, Amsterdam Centraal station and a tram line direct to Centraal.

The economy room I stayed in was attractive with interesting design. The location was great and beautiful with a tram station near the accommodation. Hot dishes were served at the tapas restaurant.

The restaurant here was light for a reasonable price, we both ordered delicious dishes.

The location was perfect and nice for first time visitors to Amsterdam. It was located in a particularly good area. The morning meal was complimentary, including tea, toast, cereal, pastries, and eggs.

The place was immaculately clean with a responsive staff at all times. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the comfort room with the ceiling. The location was quiet, close to cruise port yet still close to main center and the interior design was unique.

Excellent service, liked it. The view from my economy room was amazing. The breakfast was delicious with lots of awesome cereals, toast, pastries and eggs. The location of the hotel was fab and easy - not too far from The Wall Sculpture.

Overall such great stay during their visit to Amsterdam. Clean hotel in a nice building near to central station, the centre, and about 10 minutes by tram away from the Amsterdam Centraal. Exceptionally comfortable beds in our economy room. The fast check-in along with the kind and understanding staff. Warm food in the tapas restaurant.

The place was well priced. The hotel was absolutely great in general, had informative staff at all times. The room was adequate and attractive with the piano, appreciated it.

Location: the hotel was so close to Amsterdam, the city centre and the restaurant. Besides, Madame Tussauds Amsterdam Wax Museum was 4 km away from the venue. We had the budget twin room which was neat and fashionable with complimentary ear plugs.

The accommodation had a very central location near 2 tram stops. There was a tapas restaurant nearby...

Really had very very good stay for a business trip. Enjoyable breakfast, overall clean hotel, quiet and unique location to two tram stations.

Loved Amsterdam, the hotel was exceptional and luxury in extreme tourist spot. The property had a central position near to an island, good tram links and the tram stop. I ate in the tapas restaurant nearby. My comfort queen room was unique with a lovely view.

really enjoyed the newly remodelled budget twin room with a nice design. besides, our parking was on-site.

Its breakfast definitely should of been included.

We were able to visit artis zoo that was near to the hotel. Excellent location, recommended base for a trip.
