The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was tidy and updated with amazing view of amsterdam.

The beds were very comfy and each newly remodelled and good sized room had a hair dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine.

They upgraded me to a high standard room with a delightful view onto the Japanese garden. The facilities were very comfortable and the beds were large.

The restaurant was fantastic at the lobby here, I had amazing dishes. I liked both wake-up service and large bed. The staff was amazingly attentive plus the location was nice.

My executive king room was newly renovated and very well kept. The location was good and perfect in a very interesting area, right by Rijks museum with ease as well as all the tourist spots which is very convenient. Besides, the hotel was 3 km away from a long-established zoo.

Loved my excellent stay during our Christmas vacation. The hotel's location was good and lovely to METS exhibition there, within 300 metres of the subway. Besides, Anne Frank House was 4 km away from the property. Everything was very good, but a few employees were poorly trained.

This brand-new hotel was a super base for celebrating anniversary. This location was lovely, short walk to the center of the city as well as longer surface tram 12 to Scheldestraat. Plus, you could explore Two Frames.

The hotel was placed in the central location in the residential neighbourhood of De Pijp. The rooms themselves were top-class with twin beds.

I booked a room with a big bed, a safe box, a minibar and a work desk. The staff were attentive and efficient too. A tram station was nearby the venue, I loved it.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at Michelin-starred restaurant at the lobby. They had an early check-in. The location was incredible, just next door to the Serre restaurant, many attractions and Amsterdam, in a really interesting area. Also, Air was 2 km away. I thoroughly enjoyed to spend time in the fabulous rooftop bar.

It suited the needs, had a really comfortable stay for ‘ summer holidays'. I had access to convenient parking, great pool. The location was unbeatable - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

There were a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room, loved that. A luxurious hotel, my first choice in Amsterdam.

The pool area was nice and the location was marvellous and incredible, close to the # 12 tram to Centraal Station as well as Okura. The staff were accommodating and best and helpful with requests. The service was good, including a warm and delicious breakfast with bacon, Japanese options, omelettes.

Magnificent location and overall the staff was courteous. Everything here was good, I would stay here again.

The vibe here was comfortable. Suite had a private safe, a mini bar fridge and a coffeemaker, everything worked for us. Really loved being just a short stroll away from De Pijp subway station. The breakfast was nice and had lots of food. Also, free Wi Fi was provided.

We appreciated the fact that we chose okura amsterdam. Direct connection to museum quarter. Yamazato Restaurant is an easy walk to the hotel. Good sleep in a comfortable bed
