It was brand-new, beautifully maintained and with 2 beds. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every interaction we had.

The atmosphere created was peaceful. There were nicely furnished rooms with 2 single beds. A safe, central heating, and an iron available were an advantage. Overall the service was good.

I enjoyed nicely furnished and brand-new room here with a minimalist equipment and all necessary amenities plus the boiler.

The staff was very rude.

The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, met very helpful staff with excellent customer service. The studio we stayed in were good sized with double bed.

Sincerely, it was an excellent stay of 5 nights. Very close to a tube station, the location was incredible and amazing, close to tram stop. Moreover, the hotel was not too far from a historic bridge.

I truly enjoyed staying in this 4 star hotel. I had a nice size and well furnished room with internet and provide good lighting plus a bedroom. Excellent staff and the location was excellent and amazing. Had lunch/dinner at Rbg Restaurant, which I found within a close distance from the property. My stay was very lovely here.

And it's 20 km from Schiphol airport.

The hotel's staff are attentive. It offers absolutely perfect location next to a cafe and pizzeria as well as the city center.

The location of the hotel was lovely, easy to get cabs as it was near the zoo. The rooms were a nice size and well-maintained with easy access to the centre, you feel like home.

Some people working there were not so helpful.

Every time in Amsterdam, I choose this place. I would say it's characterful base for staying and exploring Amsterdam. The location is perfect, and the area is very nice near a zoo and restaurants. Also, it's 1 km away from a somewhat brash square. All in all they offer exceptional service.

It was based in nice building in a stunning and amazing location, by tram too. The room exceeded high expectations, nicely furnished and nicely decorated for 4 2 adults young children. I enjoyed that they had a safe, central heating, and an iron.

The apartment is brand-new and has a private safe, central heating and an iron. The hotel is in a particularly good and stunning position and the airport is 20 km away. It is set in a mostly residential area.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Possibly the best and good stay during the nights. Nicely furnished rooms with modern interior design. Comfy beds, magnificent views. Easy check in and late check out. Not to mention strong wifi!

Enjoyed every detail about my really nice 3 nights stay here. The location seemed good and stunning in a nice area with good connections. What's more, it was short walk to the center of Amsterdam as well as trams.

By and large, it was holiday base for sightseeing in Amsterdam, had much fun and met very amiable and attentive staff on reception desk of the hotel. The location in a relatively quiet area was exceptionally nice and there were a market and shops nearby. A zoo and restaurants were located near the property. I loved the room, it was good sized, had comfortable bed and comfortable bathroom.

The bed was great, the stuff where welcoming. The location was easy in a quiet area, close to a branch museum.

Central location close to a tram stop, the canal and Amsterdam, it was in a nice area. Btw, went to the lake in the evening, it was 400 metres from the venue.

The room felt very cold and the bathroom was terrible.

Overall it was a pleasant stay of 5 nights. Its location was central, near Spar. The restaurant was nice for breakfast.

Magnificent location for our visit to Air within a close distance from the hotel. Next to Amsterdam, and tram.

Very rude staff!

My airy room included comfy bed, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave. Besides, the location was stunning for my stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Red Light District.

Its staff was AMICABLE and welcoming. There were a safe, central heating and an iron in the room, really enjoyed that. It was huge and had extremely comfy beds.

Everything here was good, and the weather was lovely, liked it. Our apartment was equipped with a private safe, a kettle and central heating...

Every detail was nice, really enjoyable. The room was big and with comfortable beds. The staff were all competent and attentive.

We booked it before and would recomand it to everyone. We had a large bedroom. There was plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.

All in all nice setting.
