The room itself was brand-new with space for a cot.

We had an excellant bedroom. A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators where available in kitchen.

My quadruple room had modern conveniences, including a microwave oven, an individual safe, and central heating. It was spotless and easy to move around, functional bathroom. The location was convenient, right on a tram line also, and the view was exceptional, too.

The stay here was very lovely during our visit in Amsterdam. It was short walk to the furthest tourist attractions as well as trams and metros, perfect and perfectly comfortable location overall.

They offered us outstanding and lovely rooms with good facilities as well as the bedrooms actually looked like.

Some of the staff were very unwelcoming.

Wonderful location for our visit to Westminster Cathedral not very far from the hotel. Found in a cute part of the town. Lovely restaurant for your breakfast.

Upgraded accommodation with amazing setting not far from all transport, and the number 14 Tram. Clean, luxurious room with a spacious bathroom. What an exceptional stuff!

Got deluxe studio when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that. The bathroom was luxurious, also it included a safe, central heating, and an iron. The hotel's location was great to a nice canal with benches.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had great 5 days overall. Everything was 10/10, yet a few employees were very unwelcoming. Got deluxe queen studio with coffee, a decent kitchenette, for example as expected.

It had not very nice views.

Stayed for 3 nights in this upgraded and nice place, really enjoyed that. The staff were constantly superfriendly. The hotel had lovely location very close to walking as well as a nice canal with benches. Besides, it was not too far from National Slavery Monument.

My stay was such great during our visit in Amsterdam. All of the staff were exceptionally pleasant, polite. The location was great and amazing, close to a long - established zoo.

Upgraded and nice hotel located in a very pleasant area very close to the city centre, and the tram. Good location in the town, close enough to tourist attractions. Again, walking distance to a long-established zoo.

Stayed in good deluxe studio with a decent kitchenette. Extra touches like a safe, central heating, and an iron were a treat, staff were very good and great. The location was marvellous - very close to a zoo and a coffee house.

It was in a very central location, to walk metro station.

It was an upgraded and nice place to stay and explore compact botanical gardens, located 200 metres away from the hotel. There was exceptionally nice and immensely pleasant stuff and the service was perfect. The setting was marvellous, near a train station, taxi from airport to the apartments, and lovely coffee shop.

The hotel had a very central position very close to the zoo, centre, and Amsterdam central.

Overall it was a such great stay during our visit in Amsterdam. The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from The Amstel.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.

I enjoyed this hotel. The deluxe king studio was equipped with basic facilities, including a safe box, central heating and an iron. They had an early check-in. Besides, I were very close to restaurants and a zoo.

The facilities were EXCELLENT and easy to use.

We appreciated the comforts of this petite hotel. The location was incredible, within walking distance of Air. Was set in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were amicable and exceptional. The restaurant was lovely for your breakfast.

We didn't like the bed, it was too soft.

The staff were thoughtful at all times, the rooms was bright. The location was incredible and secure, for example, Red Light District was not too far away from the hotel. Moreover, it's close to city centre.

The staff were immensely pleasant and exceptional in case of questions. I ate at a nice restaurant for your breakfast. Brand-new facilities, everything you could wish for.

This hotel was decent place for exploring Amsterdam, truly enjoyed it. Would recommend to stay here.

TBH, the street was noisy.

It deserves its 3 stars. Our stay here was relaxing, enjoyable base for exploring Amsterdam. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk. Beds were extremely great.

There was no toaster.

We enjoyed staff and rooms, no complains at all. The bed was really great. We planned to visit begijnhof, that was 10 minutes on foot, so we stayed here...

hotel’s position within walking distance of all places we wanted to see, like artis zoo. everything in the property was excellent.
