Luxurious and clean place to stay in, it has extremely friendly staff from reception to room cleaners. Make sure you stay in the family king room with comfortable desk chair, Lounge access, for instance. The hotel is in the central location in very quiet Neighborhood.

My deluxe room was air-conditioned with USB ports and a coffeemaker.

Its location was excellent and absolutely perfect, just next door to nice shopping streets, cafes and bars as well as Dam Square or Anne Frank Museum. Also, Saint Mary's Cathedral was placed at a small distance.

Make sure to get deluxe room with free breakfast, comfy beds plus tea making facilities.

The staff were excellent and gentle and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

The property was luxury with superfriendly staff from reception to room cleaners, I really enjoyed the stay. This location was marvellous, not far from the center of the city, near the Amsterdam-Central train station which is 20 minute from the airplane in train and great ' rjestiffel ' restaurant called Aneka Rasa.

Sincerely, it was a very pleasant stay for a business trip. The hotel was in an excellant and unbeatable location, in the city centre.

Excellent location close to great restaurants too and lovely area. Again, not far from Amsterdam Centraal. Units with access to the executive lounge.

The rooms are well-kept and well-equipped with double bed, and the location is stunning right in front of the railway station. They offer free and hot breakfast with pork sausage, deli meats and cheeses in the cafe.

The staff is adorable here, the services are exceptional, and location is exceptional close enough to the center of the city, near the Amsterdam-Central train station which is 20 minute from the airplane in train. They have mixed beverages in the main bar.

In overall, the place is unique, has really friendly and affable staff at reception desk. The location is good and unbeatable, 1 km from Madame Tussauds Amsterdam Wax Museum. It's near restaurants and pubs too. The breakfast is large and free with multiple options, had outstanding food.

Had a perfect 10/10 stay for three nights. Everything was fabulous as expected, however the bathroom was a little small. The breakfast was nice hot and marvellous with multiple options and the food was nice! The hotel's location was central, right next to sidewalk.

The room is big and very clean. Just a walk down to Amsterdam Central metro stop, some 15 minutes walk.

This hotel was useful base for exploring Amsterdam, enjoyed it. Besides, Wi-Fi in all rooms was a bonus. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Koepelcafe.
