The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, just next door to the tourist hub, many great attractions, including Artis zoo, parks, museums, and good tram links to many more, and a tram station. Also, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from a botanical garden. Very helpful staff, assisted with issues.

We stayed here before and would stay there again. Everything was as fabulous as it could be. The hotel's location was marvellous, not far from coffee shop, supermarket and the tram, the areas of discomfort, and cafes and restaurants.

The room was fairly quiet and a nice size, included with dishwasher and coffee plus fruits. The location was relatively quiet in an extra comfy area, so close to Artis zoo, parks, museums, and good tram links to many more as well as 2 Supermarkets.

The studio apartment was bright, brand-new, with an excellent bathroom.

The studio apartment was comfy and beautiful by front desk, so that guests had essentials. Booked it for £ 127. The location in a nice enough area was marvellous and brilliant and there were supermarkets and shops nearby.

Everything there was fine and the staff were competent. Loved a TV and a dining table in the room. The bar was large.

Stayed here for 8 nights and enjoyed my choice. The rooms were fairly quiet and beautiful, included complimentary Wi-Fi and a lounge area. It was equipped with a bathtub. The personnel was great and kind.

Central location close to many great attractions, including Artis zoo, parks, museums, and good tram links to many more, a canal and the center, it was in a pretty nice area. Explored a long-established zoo, that is located not too far away from the hotel.

Bright rooms by front desk, free Wi-Fi. A wide array of facilities like: free WiFi and a lounge area. Excellent service, lovely staff. Incredible central location, next to Wittenberg, and botanical gardens and zoo. Also, pretty close to the tram station to the centre.

Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with fruits, cookies, for example; everyone is welcome here. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator worked well.

the location was relatively quiet, for example, red light district was just a short walk away from the hotel. the staff was professional, the room was big with dishwasher, full kitchen including dishwasher, for instance.

The service provided there was nice. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and coffee/tea making machines, multi-channel TV and a dining area inside the room. The hotel had a central location and it was right at a flea market.

They helped us with issues. The room was bright and included a heating system, cable channels and a dining area. We stayed in the apartment, within walking distance of Waterlooplein metro station, just 10 minutes on foot. Private parking available.

Worth its 4 stars. This hotel was incredible base for exploring Amsterdam, loved it. We could see city from our window.
