The staff were ready to help, and always with a cheerful greeting. The room was trendy with a simple, we had a great experience.

Exceptionally clean hotel, tasty and astonishing breakfast, the location is fantastic not far from the Central Station or Airport, the tram / metro station and " Reguliersdwarsstraat ". It is a funky building, the rooms are neat and unique with a view.

In a hotel like this - stain is unacceptable.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and quaint, had accommodating staff and compact rooms. My room included a kitchen area and a larder. Wasn't expecting to have kitchen.

Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

I was upgraded to a neat and unique room for fresh linens. The breakfast offered was tasty and marvellous with nice vegan options, lush salads and a chef cooking for orders. Location in the middle of the city was a plus.

The hotel was reasonably spacious with a marvellous location next to the tram / metro station, coffee shops and many attractions. The staff were ready to help and provided a tasty and delicious breakfast with lush salads, juices and nice vegan options. We had the most nice few days there.

The location was great and fab, steps away from a cove and a greenhouse. A subway station was steps away from the place. Our breakfast was tasty and amazing and with nice vegan options, the staff was pleasant.

The breakfast itself was similar, can be way much better, and the bathroom was a bit small.

Spacious & exceptionally clean hotel, its location is great not far from Matro and tram station as well as the Botanical Garden, Rembrandt House. The staff are incredibly welcoming and consistently courteous and I liked their attitude.

It's cool hotel with an interesting interior housed in a nice building. The staff are kind and dynamic and offer a laundry room and ironing free of charge. The rooftop bar is nice, greatly enjoyed this place.

Stylish room with a storage, a lounge, and a larder, loved it. The staff was fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating and catered to my every need.

The venue is unique, overall clean and the location is marvellous adjacent to the metro, canals and 17th centry architecture and 15min/20min walk to van gogh and Heineken experience and also dam square or metro and taxis.

Fab location just off public transport, shops, bars and close enough to the centre of the City, whether a leisurely stroll or a quick hop on the Metro as well as bars/restaurants and pleasant and welcoming staff. Situated only 1 km from a long-established zoo.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable & room was tidy and cheap. Kitchen was equipped with a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment and refrigerators. Didn't need to pay for laundry service and ironing, good bonus too. I came here for 4 nights and had a nice stay.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and brilliant - at a moderate distance from Madame Tussauds Amsterdam Wax Museum. The rooms were enjoyable and had a comfortable layout.

the downtown is within 15 minutes' walk. also, such amazing tourist destinations as a botanical garden were near to this place. we were given a loft on arrival, it was big.

There was no maid service.

The furnishings were cozy. We enjoyed zoku amsterdam. Our favorite hotel in Amsterdam, we strongly recommend it...

Every place we wanted to visit including rembrandtplein was an easy walk to this hotel. Zeeburg neighborhood is worth looking into. Ponte Magro, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.
